Car rental at Paris Airport

The city of Paris has two airports, each with an Enterprise car rental branch. At Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (located in Roissy, around 20 km north of Paris), the larger of the two airports, we have desks in Terminal 1, 2D and 2F. They are open every day of the week, from 06:00 to 00:00. At Paris-Orly Airport (14 km south of Paris), you'll find us in arrivals. The desks here are also open every day of week, from 06:00 to 00:00 on weekdays, and from 06:30 am to 23:30 on weekends.

Things to do in Paris

Since Paris is smaller than other European capital cities, it is very easy to get around on foot or using public transport. Renting a car enables you to ensure your independence from the moment you walk through arrivals and to get out of the city and explore the surrounding area. History lovers can take this opportunity to give the Palace of Versailles a miss and instead uncover local hidden gems (such as the castles in Fontainebleau, Chantilly and Vaux-le-Vicomte). Families can get to amusement parks that do not have public transport links, such as Parc Astérix or La Mer de Sable, and visit the animals at Thoiry Zoo or Lumigny Safari Reserve, which is located in Seine-et-Marne. Driving in Paris?

With a comprehensive public transport network and an increasing number of shared mobility solutions (bikes, scooters, motorcycles, and cars), driving in Paris is easier today than it was a few years ago. However, traffic jams are still a common occurrence, particularly on the loop and on the outskirts of the city. It's best to avoid rush hour and use your vehicle for day trips or to go out in the evening. Additional parking spaces can be found in 90 underground parking lots operated by SAEMES.
