We Refill - This option allows the renter to pay at the end of the rental for fuel used but not replaced. The price per gallon will be higher than local fuel prices.
Prepay Fuel - This option allows the renter to pay for the full tank of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty. No refunds will be issued for unused fuel.
Customer Refills - This option allows the renter to return the vehicle with the same level of fuel as received to avoid extra fuel charges.
All major credit cards, issued by either Visa, Mastercard or American Express are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter's name. Prepaid cards, cash, and cheques are not accepted. A security deposit plus the estimated cost of the rental will be taken at the time of rental. Cash, prepaid cards, or debit cards can be used at the end of the rental to pay for any outstanding balances, but the deposit must be secured with a credit card at the start of the rental.
Roadside Assistance Protection (RAP) is an optional product and allows customers to waive financial responsibility for recovery and call-out charges imposed by our chosen roadside assistance providers because of a fault caused by renter error. RAP does not apply if there is a breach of the rental agreement.
Before purchasing RAP, it is advised to determine if a personal coverage is adequate to cover these charges. If RAP is declined, the renter will be required to pay any applicable charges and seek compensation from the carrier of personal coverage. RAP is not insurance.
