From the baggage claim area go through customs. Exit the terminal and across from the arrival building there is a small car rental office. The Enterprise counter will be inside the car rental office. Please proceed to the Enterprise counter to obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys.
All additional drivers must meet all rental requirements. Additional drivers must appear at the rental counter with the primary renter. Additional drivers must sign the rental agreement. An additional daily fee may apply for any additional drivers. The additional driver can only be added to the contract at the pickup location.
Minimum age to rent a vehicle is 18, and no maximum rental age. Renters age 18-21 are required to purchase Collision Damage Waiver.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is not insurance. The purchase of CDW is optional for Economy to Full size and mandatory for Premium and above. You may purchase CDW for an additional fee. If you purchase CDW, we agree, subject to the actions listed on the rental agreement that invalidate CDW, to contractually waive your responsibility for all or part of the cost of damage to, or loss of the vehicle. A deductible of $1000 USD applies. If CDW is declined, renter is responsible for the full value of damage to the vehicle.
All one way rentals must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
One way charges apply and are payable at time of rental.
One way charges cannot be prepaid.
As a customer, you have a choice as to how you would like to pay for fuel.
Option 1 - We Refill
This option allows the renter to pay at the end of the rental for fuel used but not replaced. Prices will be higher than local fuel prices. Additional charges may be added.
Option 2 - You Refill
This option allows the renter to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as received to avoid extra fuel charges.
Third Party Liability (TPL) provides the customer with minimum financial responsibility limits as outlined in the applicable motor vehicle financial responsibility laws of the country where the vehicle is operated. Third Party Liability is included in Time and Mileage. The Third Party Liability (TPL) limits are at $1,000,000.00 USD per occurrence/aggregate which covers bodily injury/property and damage at a combined single limit of $1,000,000.00 USD to the third party claimant.
Unrestricted driving within the island of Guam only.
Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) The purchase of Personal Accident Insurance is optional and not required to rent a vehicle.
Personal Accident Insurance covers ambulance service, doctors, hospitalization and nurses for each passenger in the vehicle, with a maximum limit of $6,900 USD (200,00 DOP) for each passenger in the vehicle including the driver, up to maximum passenger allowed in the vehicle. Coverage also includes Accidental Death coverage of $17,250 USD (500,00 DOP).
All major debit and credit cards, issued by either American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card and Diners Club are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter's name. Cash and debit cards can be used to settle any outstanding balances at the end of the rental. A security deposit plus the estimated cost of the rental will be taken at the time of rental. The deposit is 200 USD for all vehicle categories.
All drivers must present a fully valid driving license. Electronic or digital driving licenses are not accepted. All drivers must have held their license for at least 1 year. In addition, all foreign renters must present a valid photo ID such as a passport or government-issued photo ID. A valid debit or credit card in the renter's name must be presented upon collection of the vehicle. If the driving license is written in a language and characters different from those of the country of rental, an International Driving Permit is also required. Renters are advised to check whether local authorities require foreign drivers to present an International Driving Permit to avoid the risk of potential fines. Renters with licenses from countries who are not part of the International Driving Permit Agreement should carry a certified translation. Customers can drive in the country of rental using their driving license from their country of origin for up to 1 month. If staying in the country longer, customers are required to obtain an International Driving Permit.
