How can I obtain a copy of my car rental invoice?

OBTAINING A RECEIPT

Invoices for your car rentals are available online for 360 days, starting 48 hours after the return of the vehicle.

If you can't find your receipt:

  • Refer to your rental agreement and check that the name on the agreement matches what you entered.
  • Your driver's license may have been incorrectly registered
  • If you need a receipt for a rental that took place more than 360 days ago, you can contact the office where you rented the vehicle so that they can send you a copy of your receipt.
