What do I do if the EXPRESSTOLL tag does not work, or malfunctions?
If the EXPRESSTOLL tag malfunctions and the toll barrier does not open when you approach it with the shield box open, press the Assistance button located on the barrier or booth and follow the instructions given to you by the agent. If the device does not function properly while in an express toll lane (eToll), be prepared to move your vehicle to a standard toll lane.
