How can I obtain a copy of my car rental invoice?

GET YOUR INVOICE

Invoices are available online for six months, starting 48 hours after your vehicle is returned.
If you are unable to locate your invoice, it's always a good idea to:

  • check that you have selected the correct country
  • check that the driver's license number is correct
  • check that your name is spelled correctly
  • check that the driver's license number and name listed on your rental agreement are the same as the details you entered.

If you need an invoice for a rental that took place more than six months ago, you will need to contact the office where you rented your vehicle and they will send you a copy.
