Does Enterprise allow me to cross borders between neighboring countries?
You can enter Portugal, Andorra and Gibraltar with your rental vehicle without additional coverage. You can also enter Austria, Germany, Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco and Switzerland (not other countries) using the vehicle by paying a cross-border surcharge. The cross-border surcharge is €55.00 (including VAT) and is payable at the desk. In all cases, customers MUST inform the desk of their intention to leave Spain with the vehicle, as this requires Enterprise authorization.
