Will there be an additional charge if I am late returning the rental vehicle?

One rental day corresponds to 24 consecutive hours. A grace period of 29 minutes beyond these 24 hours is generally granted for rentals. If the vehicle is returned after this time, additional fees will be charged.

e.g: if the rental is from Monday at 12:00 to Tuesday at 12:00, the grace period will end on Tuesday at 12:29.

Please note: a vehicle that is returned after hours will not be checked in until the next business day. In the event of a return outside of opening hours when an office is closed, the customer is responsible for the rental vehicle until it is satisfactorily checked in on the following business day.
